Returns Policy If you are unhappy with any item purchased from Shedsafe.co.uk, you can return it to Tojaro Industries Ltd. in its original condition within 30 days of the date of purchase, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid, less the shipping costs. Should you be unhappy with any item purchased from Shedsafe.co.uk due to component failure or faulty goods, you can return the item in full, with a covering note clearly identifying the problem. If failure is due to faulty manufacturing, a full refund will be issued for the price you paid including all associated item shipping costs. Please contact returns@shedsafe.co.uk in both instances prior to returning the item(s). Due to the nature of application of the ShedSafe® locking device, use over a period of time, could lead to possible degradation of the painted finish through normal wear and tear - this is to be expected and should be maintained with touch-up paint as and when the need arises. Returns due to damaged paintwork will only be accepted if the item is returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Note: Shedsafe.co.uk cannot accept returns of items purchased from third-party sellers. Instead, contact your seller to let them know you would like to return the item to them. Guarantee We guarantee that everything we sell should be in brand new first class condition. Should you encounter damage to the product upon receipt, we will either exchange the goods free of charge or refund all payments made on the goods provided contact is made with Tojaro Industries Ltd. within two weeks of despatch date.
